Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NBA. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged-in Toronto Raptors fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.
We are in a bizarre final stretch run of the NBA season for the Toronto Raptors — or at least, it’s bizarre if you’ve only been following the team the last six or seven years. That’s because for the first time since 2014, the Raptors are on the outside looking in when it comes to the NBA Playoffs.
It’s that weird energy that makes this the perfect time to connect with your fellow Raptors fans about just what the heck is going on! And that’s why we’re joining up with SB Nation NBA Reacts.
Every week in May, SB Nation NBA Reacts will send out a survey to Raptors fans — and every other fan base in the league — with questions about the NBA and what’s happening across the league. And as a Raptors fan, you’ll also have the opportunity to answer questions specifically about how our guys in Tampa are faring across these final weeks.
It’s a pretty cool (and easy!) way to join in the conversation around the NBA, to express how you feel and to see if your fellow fans are on the same page. All you have to do? Sign up to receive the surveys!
One of the cool things the Reacts survey will ask about each week is the current level of confidence the fan base has in the team. Gonna go out on a limb and suggest it’s probably pretty low right now, at least for this season! But still — it’ll be neat to see how it compares to the trend throughout the season.
We’ll share some of the data each week right here.
Y’all know the deal: the Raptors have the best and most vocal, and definitely most online, fanbase in the league. But our team is 3,000 miles away from home! Nobody else is talking about us, so it’s more important than ever for our voices to be heard. So join the fun and let the world know that, Tampa or Toronto, Raptors fans are everywhere and we have lot to say.
