Game Thread: Toronto Raptors vs. Milwaukee Bucks

The Raptors are trying to get back in the win column, but they’ll need to take down the Champs to do that!

The Toronto Raptors’ long homestand continues tonight, as they welcome the defending NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks to town. The Raptors are just 2-8 at home, and they’ve lost three straight overall, as injuries give them a new lineup every night. The Bucks, meanwhile, are mainly healthy, have won eight straight and are looking like, well, like The Champs!

So it’s gonna be a challenge for our Raps tonight! But in the good news category, the Raptors are getting Gary Trent Jr. back from a three-game absence. He should take some of the pressure off of Fred VanVleet and Pascal Siakam, but the absence of a big man — Khem Birch is still on the shelf — might spell doom against Giannis Antetokuonmpo and friends.

Can the Raps pull off the upset? Stranger things have happened! Let’s watch!

Where to watch:

TSN, 7:30 p.m. EST

Lineups:

Toronto — Fred VanVleet, Gary Trent Jr., Scottie Barnes, Pascal Siakam, Precious Achiuwa
