The Toronto Raptors return to real basketball in just four days time, as they begin their bubble season with a scrimmage against the Houston Rockets. Today, word came down on where you can find the broadcasts for Toronto’s bubble season, leading up to the end of the seeding games on August 14.

It’s nice to see some confirmation around the scrimmage games, with the Rockets and Suns games on TSN and the Blazers game on Sportsnet’s regional channels.

The seeding games will then be split between TSN and Sportsnet ONE, with the opener against the Lakers on August 1 also getting simulcast to City TV. The Hockey Night in Canada bump!

There will also be radio available for each game, with TSN 1050 and Sportsnet 590 sharing duties.

Details are yet to be confirmed on how the broadcast teams will work, whether they’ll be on-site or off-site, but we can assume the usual faces of Matt, Jack and Leo will stand pat.

Just four days now. As ever, we wait and see how this will all work out — but the details are coming together.
