The Toronto Raptors outscored the Dallas Mavericks by 33 points in the final 14:30 of yesterday afternoon’s game. Then they got on a plane and traveled to Indianapolis, where they’re taking on the Indiana Pacers. Pretty busy Sunday!
The Pacers, meanwhile, were in Milwaukee last night, where they got creamed, and then traveled back to Indy.
Basically the Raptors got a couple of hours of rest on the Pacers, but the Pacers really only played about a half of real basketball. The Pacers are also a fair bit healthier than the Raptors... but are still missing their best player, Victor Oladipo (injured the last time these two teams played).
The Raptors, of course, are the defending NBA Champs, and, well, you know what you shoulder never do, right?
All in all, both teams are weakened, and I’m not sure who’s in better shape today. Let’s find out!
