Raptors vs. Clippers Game Thread: More good and fun times?

On a back-to-back-ish, the Raptors look for their seventh straight win against the Clippers.

NBA: Preseason-Toronto Raptors at Los Angeles Clippers Hugh Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

The Toronto Raptors will try to make it seven straight wins tonight, as they’re in Staples Centre to play the more depressing of the two Los Angeles teams (who had that in October?) — the Clippers.

Yes, the poor Clippers have been decimated by injuries, with two starters down for the long-term in Patrick Beverley and Blake Griffin. Scoring forward Danilo Gallinari will also sit this one out, dealing with a recurring glute (not flute) injury.

They will, meanwhile, be with the services of Milos Teodosic, a passing mixtape artist who’s been sitting since early in the year with plantar fascia. With all this movement, it’s somewhat appropriate that the Clips are 9-15, and already being written off by The Experts™.

On the other side of the emotional spectrum, the fun and good Raptors are tearing through an easy portion of their schedule. December was lined up to be a cakewalk, and so far, barring a few hiccups, it has been. Toronto is looking great on the court — DeMar DeRozan and Serge Ibaka combined for 45 yesterday against Sacramento — and even better in chart form. Peep this synergistic analysis:

Where does that leave us tonight? As that famous man side: just win, baby. Read Dylan Litman’s full game preview here, then travel below into the murky comments section.
