A riddle: if the Raptors play a game at 1am Eastern Standard Time and no one is around to watch it, does it really count? In this case, no it does not. Tonight’s (tomorrow morning’s?) game in Honolulu against the Clippers is but the second pre-season contest for Toronto. They’ve got three more games after that, and then the regular season mercifully starts. Prepare thyself.
Still, if you’re up and watching, feel free to bomb away in the comments. Seriously, go nuts. It’s midnight at the time of this publishing, and it’ll be later still when this game gets going, and later still when it actually finishes. The Raptors, meanwhile, seem to be enjoying themselves — the game is merely at 7pm Hawaii time for them.
