The Raptors are currently 1-2 on their tough west coast road swing. This sounds bad on paper, but the two losses came in close fashion against superior teams — the Spurs and Warriors. Did the Raptors have a chance to win both games? Why sure, of course. But they lost. Like I said, on paper it’s not so bad. I think. (I hope.)
Regardless, time marches on and the Raptors are in Portland tonight to take on the Trail Blazers. There are matchups to watch here, and it’ll be interesting to see how the two team’s star backcourts deal with each other, but first we have to figure out which Toronto players — particularly in the frontcourt — are even still standing.
Please refer to the injury section for more details (if you dare).
Here’s our full preview for tonight’s Raptors-Blazers game.
