Raptors vs. Spurs: The final stop on the roadtrip

The Raptors close a tough road trip against the always formidable San Antonio Spurs tonight. We don't yet have word on whether Patrick Patterson will play, but he missed shoot-around this morning and is officially listed as questionable.
