A quick training camp update, via Doug Smith at the Toronto Star, Dwane Casey was asked about the team’s starting power forward spot, which appears to be a battle between Jared Sullinger and Patrick Patterson. Battle might be the wrong word, given Patterson might actually prefer to come off the bench. Regardless, Casey had this to say: “I would say Sullinger is the guy now that it would be his to lose, but I reserve the right to change my mind.”
There’s also this:
Jared Sullinger is down to 260 lbs. I'm starting to get excited for this acquisition
