For a team that may or may not trade one or both of their draft picks in this year's NBA Draft, the Raptors sure are working out a lot of players. With the Draft coming on June 23rd, it behooves the Raptors to do their homework. To that end, a whole new batch of players are in Toronto today to show their skills.

From my uneducated eye, that's an interesting mix of players. You've got two young guys -- who, according to Draft Express are the highest ranked prospects of the bunch -- in Guerschon Yabusele and Chinanu Onuaku (plus, [Damn] Daniel Hamilton). Then there's the solid looking senior players in Ellis (not that Perry Ellis, by the way), James Webb and Kyle Collingsworth. All three of these guys are ranked outside of the top 60 (with Collingsworth outside the top 100), so your guess is as good as mine as to what Raptors GM Masai Ujiri is looking at here.
One thing is clear with some of these workouts though: Much like the Delon Wright and Norman Powell picks from last year, the Raptors are looking for players who will be able to contribute right away. I deeply suspect we will not see any Bruno-like gambles this year.
What do you guys think?
