Nothing says summer like the Las Vegas Summer League. Today, the Raptors have announced the full roster for this year's journey out into the desert. Some of the names will be familiar to you, some maybe not. And as expected, Jama Mahlalela will be the team's head coach.
Here's the full squad:

Not a ton of surprises here. Delon Wright, Norman Powell (the destroyer) and Bruno Caboclo will return to Vegas once again. The Raptors' newest rookies, Jakob Poeltl and Pascal Siakam, will be there of course. And there will even be an appearance from DeAndre Daniels (remember him?). The rest of the roster will be filled out with Raptors 905 types who are already on said team or should be coming into the D-League for next season.
Sadly: no Lucas Nogueira in Las Vegas this time around. I was reminded (by Blake Murphy) that Bebe just got married, and has a kid on the way, and is otherwise occupied.
EDIT: Today I learned:
Bebe already has 3 yrs of Summer League experience under his belt (1 w/Hawks) so he's exempt. Believe he'll still be in LV working w/coaches

Who needs a honeymoon anyway?
One last note: Raptors HQ will be in Vegas for Summer League this year, so keep an eye open for eye-witness reports. The LVSL runs from July 8th to 18th. The Raptors' schedule is here.
