Get Some FanDuel Fantasy Advice for Raptors vs. Pacers

Play along with tonight's 10-game NBA slate by joining our one-day fantasy basketball tournament presented by FanDuel, SB Nation, and Raptors HQ!

Tom Szczerbowski-USA TODAY Sports

Tonight, your Toronto Raptors look to set a new franchise record for home wins in a single season by trying to get number 31 at the ACC versus the visiting Indiana Pacers.

You can play along with this and the other nine games on tonight's jam-packed NBA slate by joining one of the many one-day fantasy basketball tournaments available on FanDuel. You can even win some real cash in the process.

Here's how:

  • Click here to enter the contest we're promoting tonight. It only costs $2 to play, the top 33,900 entries win an immediate cash payout, and first place walks away with a cool $25,000.
  • If you're not sure how FanDuel works, check out our initial post on the partnership from the start of the season.

In case you like having some rooting interest in your fantasy lineups, here's our preferred Raptors play for tonight's slate:

Jonas Valanciunas ($6,200)

This game is on the second night of a back-to-back, so there's a risk that just about anyone on the team could receive the night off for rest. As always, keep an eye on the injury report close to tip-off, just to make sure that you don't have someone in your lineup who isn't even playing.

That said, Jonas Valanciunas doesn't receive many of said rest days and should be a good play against the Indiana Pacers at his affordable $6,200 salary. He's averaging 31.6 fantasy points per game over his last five on the strength of 14.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, 0.8 steals, 2.8 blocks, and 1.6 turnovers per contest. Throw in the fact that he dropped 21 points, 15 rebounds, and a block the last time he played against Indiana on the opening night of the season -- good for 39.0 fantasy points -- and JV makes for an enticing centre option tonight.

Now, let's head on down to the comment section to construct our winning lineups together!

Editor's Note: SB Nation's partner FanDuel is running a $300,000 fantasy basketball league tonight. It's $2 to enter and first place wins $25,000. Join now!
