Raptors vs. Pacers: Time to bounce back for Game 2

The Raptors will be seeking a better performance Monday in what's been widely deemed as a must-win game for the franchise.

Look, we all know what happened in Game 1 of Toronto's first-round playoff series with the Indiana Pacers on Saturday. There's no need to rehash that brutal game again.

Perhaps it's in our DNA as Raptors fans to brace for the worst, but the reality is this is a great team that still has a good shot of winning this series. There's no questioning it, though - tonight's contest is a massive one for Canada's lone NBA club.

Head coach Dwane Casey told reporters earlier he will roll out the same starting lineup "for now", however it's going to be interesting to see if defensive stopper DeMarre Carroll is in line for a usage increase. "Am I capable of taking my minutes restriction off? Basically that is up to the medical staff and Masai and the coaching staff. We will see what happens [Monday]. Hopefully it will be taken off," Carroll said Sunday.
