FanDuel Links and Info for Friday's NBA Action

The Raptors have the weekend off, but you can still play along with the NBA's 10-game slate by joining our one-day fantasy basketball tournament presented by FanDuel, SB Nation, and Raptors HQ!

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Your Toronto Raptors are off until Monday, when they head to Detroit to take on the Pistons. Just because the Raps are getting the weekend off, though, doesn't mean you can't still play along with some of the other action going on around the NBA during tonight's 10-game slate.

We're here to give you the opportunity to win some cash by joining one of the many one-day fantasy basketball tournaments available on FanDuel.

Here's how:

  • Click here to enter the contest we're promoting tonight. It only costs $2 to play, the top 26,000 entries win an immediate cash payout, and first place walks away with a cool $20,000.
  • If you're not sure how FanDuel works, check out our initial post on the partnership from the start of the season.

Since the Raptors aren't in action tonight, our usual Raptors-centric fantasy advice isn't any good to you. In which case, let's mix it up this week by considering one of Toronto's many potential trade targets for our lineups instead; more specifically, the one we're all daydreaming about.

Al Horford ($7,000)

The idea of Masai Ujiri pulling off a blockbuster to acquire the All-Star for the Raptors at the deadline seems fairly unlikely, but you can still get the big fella in your FanDuel lineups without much trouble and live the dream (it's called "fantasy" sports for a reason). Horford's averaging 31.1 fantasy points per game on the season, thanks to a balanced stat line of 15.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 0.8 steals, 1.5 blocks, and 1.4 turnovers per game. He's very affordable at his mid-range price point and is one of the more consistent center options out there.

Now, let's jump down to the comment section to start constructing some winning lineups!

Editor's Note: SB Nation's partner FanDuel is running a $250,000 fantasy basketball league tonight. It's $2 to enter and first place wins $20,000. Join now!
