Seriously, these two teams met in the playoffs just two seasons ago, if you can believe it.
The Raptors still have their sights set on making a deep playoff run in April, while the Nets, well, they are the worst team in the East who is trying to win (although the Sixers appear to be turning a corner in that regard), just lost starting point guard Jarrett Jack to a season-ending injury earlier this week, and handed most of their lottery picks over to Boston in a win-now trade for Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett that netted them one playoff series win against the Raptors.
So, as good a place as any for the Raptors to get back on track after back-to-back setbacks against the Bulls and Cavs.
