Toronto Raptors vs. Sacramento Kings, Las Vegas Summer League: Game info, players to watch and more

The tsunami of NBA free agency has largely passed, so now it's time to focus on actual basketball games again. That's right, it's time for NBA Summer League action in Las Vegas featuring our very own Toronto Raptors.

As we reported earlier, the Raptors face off against the Sacramento Kings tonight in what is sure to be an... interesting matchup? Truth be told, with Summer League action, you can never quite know what to expect once the players hit the court.

That said, we can at least discuss which players will actually be there.

For the Raptors, all eyes, as always, will be aimed at Bruno Caboclo. The young Brazilian enters year two of his apparent four year project, and question marks still remain. Will he unveil some new skills? Will he cry after someone dunks on him? We wait in anticipation.

We'll also get our first chance to see the Raptors other draft picks, namely Delon Wright, Norman Powell and DeAndre Daniels. The trio of players will be joined by everyone's favourite haircut, Lucas "Bebe" Nogueira, and a host of undrafted prospects (including CIS legend Phil Scrubb). All told, some combination of these five drafted players may take up the last couple of roster spots on the main team for next season. (With the rest trickling down to the new D-League team, or perhaps parts unknown.)

As for the Kings, tonight represents the first time we'll get to see Willie Caulie-Stein, the sixth pick in this year's draft, in action. It's also worth noting that huge Canadian Sim Bhullar will be there and, what's that, by God, that's former Raptor Juylan Stone! Never a dull moment in Summer League.
