After losing to the Trail Blazers at home last night, the Raptors are now 3-10 since the All-Star Break. They still sit third in the East (tied virtually with Chicago) but it feels like an empty third seed at the moment. More and more, it feels like the team's fate in the playoffs will depend on how healthy and effective Kyle Lowry is, which was probably the case all along.
