With the recent official word that Bruno Caboclo and Lucas Nogueira were to be sent to the Raptors 905, Toronto's new D-League franchise, interest in the team has sky-rocketed. Since then, the 905 have played two games and... lost both. Ah well, growing pains and such.
Anyway, more Raptors 905 games are happening. Today, the team released its official broadcast schedule:
Nov. 29 - Delaware @ Raptors 905 - 2 p.m.
Dec. 5 - Grand Rapids @ Raptors 905 - 2 p.m.
Dec. 11 - Maine @ Raptors 905 (from ACC) - 11 a.m.
Dec. 19 - Delaware @ Raptors 905 - 2 p.m.
Jan. 2 - Sioux Falls @ Raptors 905 - 2 p.m.
Jan. 27 - Erie @ Raptors 905 - 11 a.m.
Mar. 5 - Maine @ Raptors 905 - 2 p.m.
Mar. 14 - Fort Wayne @ Raptors 905 (from ACC) - 12 p.m.
Mar. 26 - Westchester @ Raptors 905 - 2 p.m.
All games will be shown on NBA TV Canada so if you're looking for your Bruno fix, the (eastern standard) time is nigh.
Also, Raptors 905 introduced their announce team including Meaghan McPeak, the first female play-by-play commentator in Canada and--let me see here, wait a minute--Raptors HQ's Ashley Docking. Charged up.
So who's ready for some D-League basketball?
