Golden State at Toronto Raptors
March 2nd, 2014
Sportsnet -- 4 P.M EST
For the first time in two months, the Toronto Raptors could be facing a home losing streak. Avoiding such a streak should be quite the challenge considering the way the game turned out the last time these two teams met.
I am, of course, referring to the epic fourth-quarter comeback that the Warriors laid on the Raptors, scoring 42 points in the final frame of a 112-103 victory for Golden State on Dec. 3rd.
Since that time, though the Raptors have been a different team.
In 41 games since then, the Raptors rank first in the Association holding opponents to 21.9 points in the fourth quarter. Toronto also leads the NBA holding opponents to 39 per cent shooting in the final frame. The Raptors are 24-2 this season when leading heading into the fourth.
The big question remains, which Raptors team will we see Sunday evening?
