Raptors Power Ranking Poll Week 2: Fair or Unfair?

In response to ESPN's Power Rankings, each week we'll decide: Are the Raptors being ranked fairly or unfairly?

John E. Sokolowski-USA TODAY Sports

If there's one thing that Marc Stein is known for (besides adorably replying to tweets in all-caps), it's his weekly NBA Power Rankings on ESPN.

As the ranker of all the Raptors-related rankings - it's on my business card - it's my official job to assess how the team is being, um, assessed. Having missed out on the Week 1 of Stein's rankings, I'm currently at the bottom of the Raptors blogger Power Rankings, but never mind that.

Week 2 is here.

For the Raptors, in at number four, Stein has this to say:

4
Toronto
6-1
6
Last Week: 10
Pretty productive week, eh? Kyle Lowry moved into the franchise lead in triple-doubles with four, weekend routs of the Wizards and Sixers hiked the Raps to 6-0 with Amir Johnson in the lineup ... and the demolition of Washington made for a loud statement. Even with Bradley Beal absent.

A summary of the summary: Lowry is awesome, the Raptors are deep, and hoo boy are we happy they smashed Washington.

NOW, let's get to the poll on the rankings. Then, I swear I'll stop writing "rankings."

Rankings.
