The Toronto Raptors exit the first act with a record of 21 and 20.
For most, that's a pretty solid result, especially consider this club prior to the start of the season looked much more like a team that would be fighting for the final spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race, rather than a top three seed.
But the playoffs don't start today so there's lots more work to be done, starting tonight in Philly where Toronto kicks off the second half of its 2013-14 NBA season against the Sixers.
The Sixers were expected to challenge for the worst record in the league and while they've indeed cooled off after a quick start, they're still a club that can present match-up issues to sleepwalking NBA teams.
Toronto has of course been guilty of sleep-walking of late, especially early in games, so tonight the Dinos need to get the second half of their season going not only via a W, but a resounding one.
GO RAPS!
