Toronto Raptors vs Milwaukee Bucks
Sportsnet One - 8:30 PM EST
It shouldn't get any easier than this for the Toronto Raptors.
The Milwaukee Bucks are three games back of the Philadelphia 76ers for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East with three games to go. Therefore, Milwaukee needs all three wins.
The Raps need to lose their final two matches in order to give themselves the best shot possible at Anthony Davis.
Bottom line, Bucks need to win, Raps need to lose.
...
Wait, Anthony Davis?
When I was prepping this gameday thread, I stumbled across a liveblog from last season which saw the Bucks and Raps meet up in April, and I couldn't help but re-post the first part as...well...it sounds slightly familiar doesn't it? Yep, despite all the off-season changes and likely promises made by both clubs to show improvement, here we are, the Raptors again in a lottery situation and the Bucks trying to secure a final playoff spot.
The exception of course is Toronto's lottery situation, as with two straight wins, getting a top three pick looks less and less likely.
So it's spoiler time for TO as they look to keep Philadelphia's slim playoff hopes alive.
GO RAPTORS ROOKIES!
