Heat vs Raptors Gameday Thread: Raptors Look to Take Advantage of Boshless Heat

It's still no walk in the park, but the Toronto Raptors might catch a break this evening as one of the Miami Heat's "Big 3" won't be suiting up.

So far the Toronto Raptors results through their first three games have been...ennnh. Two wins and a loss, but none exactly models of efficiency or perfect execution.

Of course, it's also only three games into the 2013-14 NBA Season so...

The true test of this club was supposed to come in the next couple weeks with the club playing a litany of the league's best - Miami and Indiana this week, Houston, Memphis and Chicago next.

However it looks like Toronto might catch a break out of the gate and face a Miami Heat team tonight, that will be without the services of All-Star, and former Raptor, Chris Bosh.

From the Globe and Mail:

The 29-year-old star Miami centre is spending the day with his family after his wife Adrienne delivered the couple's second child on Monday, a daughter they named Dylan Skye.

That doesn't make it a sure-fire win -the Heat have some guy named LeBron - but it does on paper improve their chances against a club that many expect to repeat as NBA Champs this season.
