A chance to reunite with familiar faces.

These are but a couple of the enjoyable things about the Toronto Raptors' annual Media Day but another is that it gives us a chance to meet some of the newer players on the team.

Sometimes these are well-known NBA vets, or college stars, but sometimes they're players who are a bit more off-the-radar, having played in either smaller markets, or maybe who haven't seen a lot of NBA playing time regardless of what team they resided with prior to TO. Not only does Media Day mean a chance to talk to them about their basketball skillsets, but it allows us and fans to get to know many of these guys off-the-court as well in terms of their personalities, as well as their hobbies and interests.
