The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Feb. 23

Today we have some games for you that include three four teams, one ladies, that have multiple Canadians making significant contributions to the team's success. Find out who's playing where today right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Alabama @ Arkansas

7:00pm Bucknell @ American

7:00pm LIU Brooklyn @ Fairleigh Dickinson

7:00pm Detroit @ Cleveland State

7:00pm Albany @ Binghamton

7:00pm Elon @ Davidson

7:00pm Samford @ Western Carolina - Western Carolina has been getting great games from both Harouna Mutombo and Keaton Cole of late. Mutombo is coming off a season high 24 point game last Thursday and is averaging 15.7 points along with 4 boards and 3 assists in his last three games. Cole on the other hand has been gunning. Outside of a 4 point performance last Saturday, he's been in double digits scoring and is averaging 14 points and has made 34 treys in that same span. With Samford up in the standings on the Catamounts, this could be a game that has both players lighting it up for a win.

7:00pm Wagner @ Bryant

7:30pm SIU-Edwardsville @ Eastern Kentucky

8:00pm IPFW @ South Dakota

8:00pm North Texas @ Arkansas-Little Rock

8:00pm Western Illinois @ South Dakota State

8:30pm UCLA @ Arizona State

8:30pm Austin Peay @ Tennessee-Martin

9:00pm Hawaii @ New Mexico State - New Mexico State is riding a three game winning streak right now and the Canucks are playing huge rolls in that run. Hernst Laroche, usually the passer, has averaged 15 points and has made 15-of-24 from the field along with 4 assists in the wins. Daniel Mullings is averaging 10.7 points and a healthy 3.7 steals while Tyrone Watson is averaging 6.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists. Hawaii will be looking to tie the Aggies in the standings with a win but you can bet that a fight will definitely happen in this game.

9:00pm California @ Utah

9:05pm Eastern Washington @ Idaho State

9:05pm Weber State @ Northern Colorado

10:00pm Saint Mary's @ Portland

10:00pm Pepperdine @ Santa Clara

10:30pm Stanford @ Colorado

11:00pm Brigham Young @ Gonzaga - Gonzaga and BYU are locked in a battle for second place and with only two games left for the Zags, this is a must win. In their last game last Saturday, Gonzaga lost a tight one to San Francisco in what could be called an upset. Both Robert Sacre and Kevin Pangos have had time to mull over the loss and will need to pick up their games, and team, in this one tonight. They have already lost to BYU earlier this season on the road and the comfy confines of homecourt should help a bit but the Bulldogs will still need to show up firing and ready to grind it out.

And here is where the ladies are playing today ...

6:00pm Purdue @ Michigan

7:00pm Northeastern @ Old Dominion - Northeastern Deanna Kerkhof has been playing great for a not so great Huskies team all season. The team's leading scorer, she averaged 21 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and a steal in her team's two game winning streak. And they could stretch it to three tonight.

7:00pm Cleveland State @ Detroit

7:00pm Nebraska @ Michigan State

7:00pm George Mason @ Delaware

8:00pm Valparaiso @ Green Bay

8:00pm Minnesota @ Ohio State

8:00pm Iowa @ Northwestern

8:00pm Houston @ Rice

8:00pm Utah Valley @ Houston Baptist

9:00pm Santa Clara @ BYU

10:00pm Colorado @ Stanford

10:00pm Utah @ California - The tag team of Michelle Plouffe and Taryn Wicijowski had been great in the last two games. They have nearly identical averages in the last two contests - Taryn has 18 points, 7.5 rebounds while Michelle has 17.5 and 7 rebounds - and the Utes are on a three game winning streak. Cal will be a tough win but a victory in Berkley would improve the Utes' outlook come conference tournament time for sure.

10:00pm Saint Mary's @ San Diego

10:00pm Portland @ San Francisco

11:59pm Fresno State @ Hawaii
