And again you're faced with the dilemma.

It's not easy.
No one wants to root for their club to fail, but unfortunately the way the NBA system is set up, for bad teams, being terrible is your best shot at returning to respectability.
It's not the only way, and there's certainly no guarantee that it will work, but there it is, and so we head into tonight's game versus the Detroit Pistons asking the question:
"Are you hoping the Toronto Raptors win or lose?"
And in this case, with Detroit holding onto a two game edge over the Raps in the W column, a loss might be even nicer since it would put some extra distance potentially between the Dinos and the boys from the D in terms of a lottery pick.
Maybe.
And that's really the issue.
Maybe doesn't mean jack at this point so maybe it's better to go out and get an emphatic win over a Pistons squad that collapsed last night against the Cavs.
