The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Feb. 10

Tonight is another Friday, which usually means the NC-Double-Eh calm before the Saturday storm with the many, many games on tap. With with a slow night, relatively speaking of course, we feature a Harvard team that has Laurent Rivard it's newest rising star and a women's Canisius team that could play a Canadian five all right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Harvard @ Penn - In what I can only start to call Ivy Friday's (since the Ivy is the only conference seemingly playing on Fridays anymore) we have Harvard as the spotlight game and the biggest one right now is Laurent Rivard. He's taken over the team lead in scoring and is coming off two great games last week where he had back-to-back games of 16 and 20 points on consecutive days. That makes it three out of four contests that Rivard's scored 16 or more points. Will this be another time he does so?

7:00pm Yale @ Cornell

7:00pm Milwaukee @ Detroit

7:00pm Iona @ Loyola (MD)

And here is where the ladies are playing today ...

4:00pm Iona @ Loyola (MD)

7:00pm Cornell @ Yale

7:00pm Columbia @ Brown

7:00pm Niagara @ Manhattan

7:00pm Fairfield @ Marist

7:00pm Canisius @ Rider - I just can't let go that there are five Canadians playing for Canisius and three of them are major contributors at any given game. The most prolific of the Canuck connection is Jamie Ruttle right now who is averaging 20.5 points, 7 rebounds and a block in her last two contests which included a career high 24 points against Loyola last Wednesday.
