The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Jan. 5

Today we have some great games on tap that include the Gonzaga Boys, a pair of mighty Ducks and a couple of twin towers in Utah. Find out where everyone is playing on a busy day right here ....

Remember that you can find the full list of players playing in Division 1 right here.

7:00pm New Hampshire @ Hartford

7:00pm Wagner @ Fairleigh Dickinson - After losing to Lehigh by a point Dec. 10, Wagner has been on a three game winning streak that includes an upset of Pitt in Pittsburgh and the winning of the Cable Car Classic in California. Pretty impressive I'd say. In that streak, Tyler Murray averaged 10.3 points and 2.7 rebounds in 30 minutes and he's made 6 threes. He could continue his play tonight and the Seahawks could make it four in a row. (Hope I didn't jinx anything.)

7:00pm Illinois-Chicago @ Cleveland State

7:00pm Stony Brook @ Binghamton

7:00pm Western Carolina @ Chattanooga - Harouna Mutombo has been on a roll of late until Western Carolina played NC State this past Saturday. He was held to 7 points on 2-of-9 shooting, 5 rebounds and 2 assists in 31 minutes in the Catamount loss to the Wolfpack. The last time Mutombo was held to single digit scoring this season he went to hit double figures for the next seven contests and average 15.3 points in that span. This could be the start of that game. And we can't forget Keaton Cole who's averaging 12 points in his last five games and has made 15 threes also.

7:00pm Georgia Southern @ Elon

7:00pm Davidson @ UNC Greensboro - Over his last four games, Nik Cochran is averaging 17.8 points, 2.3 assists and 2 rebounds while also hitting 9 treys. Let's see if his hot shooting, which includes 11-of-11 from the line last Thursday in the win over Penn, will continue and help get Davidson the win.

7:00pm Long Island @ Sacred Heart

8:00pm Southeast Missouri State @ Tennessee-Martin

8:00pm Tennessee State @ Tennessee Tech

9:00pm Pepperdine @ Gonzaga - After the annual mid non-conference schedule fade, Gonzaga has won six straight. Kevin Pangos has been excellent in that time averaging 16 points, 2.5 rebounds, 4.6 assists and a steal while also making 17 threes. Rob Sacre on the other hand is averaging 6.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 22.7 minutes per game. Not bad overall but definitely dipped from before the winning streak. Let's see what these two come up with tonight.

9:00pm South Dakota State @ Southern Utah

9:00pm Stanford @ Oregon - The New Year's Eve game that Oregon played was a bad 76-60 loss at Washington and our Canadian duo of Devoe Joseph and Olu Ashaolu did not have their best games. Joseph went for 4 points on 1-of-13 shooting to go with 3 rebounds and 3 assists in 34 minutes. Olu went for 6 points on 2-of-8 shooting but he did grab 12 rebounds. Stanford will not be an easy out tonight for Oregon and you can bet that the Cardinal will be looking to feast on the Ducks for their third straight win. Stanford's own Canadians Dwight Powell and Stefan Nastic have seen more playing time of late.

9:05pm Montana State @ Idaho State

10:00pm California @ Oregon State

10:00pm UC Irvine @ Pacific

10:00pm Santa Clara @ Portland

10:05pm Nevada @ Idaho

10:30pm Arizona State @ USC

And here is where the ladies are playing today ...

11:30am Northeastern @ UNC-Wilmington

5:00pm San Jose State @ Utah Valley

6:30pm Alcorn State @ Prairie View A&M

7:00pm Towson @ Delaware

7:00pm NJIT @ Howard

8:00pm Minnesota @ Northwestern

8:00pm Detroit @ Illinois-Chicago

8:00pm Indiana @ Nebraska - Nebraska's Kaitlyn Burke has been playing well in her last four games averaging 5.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 29.3 minutes and the Huskers are on a six game winning streak too.

8:00pm Marshall @ Houston

8:05pm Cleveland State @ Valparaiso - Cleveland State's Takima Keane is a scoring and passing threat averaging 11.8 points and 2.8 assists this season and should be looking for her shot and any dimes tonight.

8:30pm Seattle U @ Idaho

9:00pm Loyola Marymount @ BYU

9:00pm Eastern Washington @ Weber State

10:00pm Colorado @ Washington - In Colorado's last game, a 58-52 win over Utah in Salt Lake City, Julie Seabrook had 17 points and 7 rebounds, one of her best games this season. Can she replicate that performance against Washington?

10:00pm Utah @ Washington State - Do I need to tell you that this is a ladies game to watch? Michelle Plouffe and Taryn Wicijowski are like Sampson and Olajuwon with the Rockets in the 80s, only cuter.

10:00pm Portland @ Santa Clara
