The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Jan. 15

Today is a little more toned down after a super Saturday full of games but there are still a few to check out including Top 25 Creighton and Jahenns Manigat as well as a whole set of women's games that include Katherine Plouffe and Marquette, Kayla Alexander and Syracuse and the Utah tandem of Michelle Plouffe and Taryn Wicijowski all right here ...

Remember that you can find the full list of players playing in Division 1 right here.

2:00pm Northern Iowa @ Bradley

2:00pm Marist @ Niagara

2:00pm Hartford @ Binghamton

2:35pm Cleveland State @ Valparaiso

3:30pm Loyola (MD) @ Iona

4:00pm Minnesota @ Penn State

7:05pm Southern Illinois @ Creighton - Jahenns Manigat had a good outing on Friday night when Creighton beat Illinois State 87-78. That makes two of the last three games that he's scored in double digits and in the two games he did he's gone 7-of-9 from the three line. Against a weaker Southern Illinois team, Manigat could make it the first back-to-back games since the beginning of the season.

8:05pm Illinois State @ Drake

And here is where the women are playing today ...

12:00pm Syracuse @ Georgetown - With a very talented team like Syracuse, Kayla Alexander hasn't needed to be the best player on the floor all the time. But in her last game against St. John's she reminded people why she was a pre-season All Big East selection going for 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks.

12:00pm Minnesota @ Michigan

1:00pm Canisius @ Fairfield

2:00pm Delaware @ Northeastern

2:00pm Bowling Green @ Buffalo - Buffalo's Brittany Hedderson is averaging 24 points in her last three games making 26 of an incredible 61 field goal attempts.

2:00pm Siena @ Loyola (MD)

2:00pm Niagara @ Marist

2:15pm Marquette @ St. John's - After being held to 2 points and 4 boards by Louisville last week, Marquette's Katherine Plouffe has averaged 18 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 1.5 steals in wins over Seton Hall and Villanova at home. Let's see if she can spur the Golden Eagles to a third straight win.

2:30pm Baylor @ Texas

3:00pm UAB @ Houston

3:05pm Penn State @ Nebraska

4:30pm California @ Utah - The Utah tandem of Taryn Wicijowski and Michelle Plouffe have been playing like stars for the Utes. In their game against Stanford Friday night, Plouffe was not her usual self putting up 5 points, 5 rebounds, an assist, a steal and a blk while Wicijowski put up her fourth double-double going for 12 points, 11 rebounds along with 4 blocks and 2 assists. Cal is no Stanford but they will be a tough win.

5:30pm Western Kentucky @ Denver - In her last two games for Denver, Kaetlyn Murdoch averaged 21 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks in the two Pioneer wins over Arkansas State and Southern Alabama. She's looking to crack the top three on the school's all time scoring list and with a 31 point game (which is entirely possible) can do it today.
