The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Jan. 12

Tonight we have a whole mess of great games for you that include the duos of Devoe and Olu as well as Pangos and Sacre on the west coast and a few ladies that include Michelle Plouffe and Taryn Wicijowski at Utah taking on two of the best players in the game plus more all right here ...

Remember that you can find the full list of players playing in Division 1 right here.

7:00pm Binghamton @ Vermont

7:00pm Manhattan @ Iona

7:00pm Western Carolina @ Davidson - This is a game worth taking in. Both Harouna Mutombo and Keaton Cole for Western Carolina are playing great and keeping the Catamounts in the hunt most games. They are combining for about 26 points of the team's 66 points per contest. For Davidson, guard Nik Cochran has been incredible in a starting role and has had many big scoring games also. This should be titanic for any Canadian basketball fan.

7:00pm Fairleigh Dickinson @ LIU Brooklyn

7:00pm Idaho @ Louisiana Tech

7:00pm Rider @Siena

7:00pm Bryant @ Wagner

7:05pm Elon @ Citadel

8:00pm Eastern Kentucky @ Austin Peay

8:00pm George Mason @ Drexel

8:00pm Tennessee-Martin @ Eastern Illinois

8:00pm South Dakota @ South Dakota State

8:00pm Minnesota @ Indiana

8:00pm Detroit @ Green Bay

9:00pm Arkansas-Little Rock @ Louisiana-Monroe

9:05pm Utah State @ New Mexico State - Without the now transferred Christian Kabongo, New Mexico State has been playing well winning the last three games. In the contests, Hernst Laroche and Tyrone Watson have stepped up their production and Daniel Mullings has emerged as a potential star for next season posting a career high 21 points in the narrow one point win over Cal Bakersfield to start 2012. Look for this game to potentially be a close one if NMSU can't put Utah State away early.

9:05pm Portland State @ Northern Colorado

9:30pm Valley City State @ North Dakota

10:00pm Utah @ Stanford

10:00pm Cal Poly @ UC Irvine

10:00pm Portland @ San Francisco

10:00pm San Diego @ Santa Clara

10:30pm Oregon @ Arizona State - Devoe Joseph has his career high of 30 points last week against a tough California team. Since Arizona State looks to be imploding with the recent dismissal of their leading scorer, this will likely be a win for the Ducks. That should mean another offensive explosion from Joseph here. The Sun Devils in shambles could also mean that Olu Ashaolu can dominate in this one down low.

11:00pm Colorado @ California

11:00pm Gonzaga @ Saint Mary's - Rob Sacre has been a bit of an enigma in the last few weeks for Gonzaga. He's playing a little less and his overall production has been fluctuating in a dramatically from game to game. For instance, in the last three games he's averaged 8 rebounds but has only averaged about 8 points. Sacre did manage 4 blocks against Santa Clara Saturday but that was more than his total for the previous four games (2). He's always had great games against Saint Mary's (15 points and 7.5 boards last season in two games) so we'll see if he can put it all together tonight and start being the beast we know he can be. And by the way, Kevin Pangos has not been scoring as much in the last three games (11.3) but he's passing the ball a lot more (4.7) and made 10 of his 26 threes.

And here is where the women are playing today ...

6:00pm Michigan @ Penn State

7:00pm Green Bay @ Wright State

7:00pm Northwestern @ Ohio State - Despite cooling off somewhat from the start of the season, Northwestern's Karly Roser has been solid as a true freshman for the Wildcats. She's scored in double figures in four of her last five games (10.8) and she also chipping in 3.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists.

7:00pm UNC-Wilmington @ Delaware

7:00pm George Mason @ Northeastern

7:00pm Illinois-Chicago @ Cleveland State

7:00pm Milwaukee @ Detroit

7:00pm Marist @ Fairfield

8:00pm Purdue @ Minnesota

8:00pm Nebraska @ Wisconsin

8:00pm Houston @ Southern Methodist

9:00pm California @ Colorado - Colorado's Julie Seabrook has been playing great ball the last three games just missing out on her second double-double of the season against Washington State Saturday going for 11 points and 9 rebounds. Her per game averages for the last three games are 14.3 points and 7.7 boards.

9:00pm Pepperdine @ BYU

9:00pm Stanford @ Utah - The Lady Utes are coming off a 49-36 overtime win at Washington Jan. 7 and are looking to try and topple Stanford tonight. The duo of Taryn Wicijowski and Michelle Plouffe are going to be tested heavy by Chiney and Nnemkadi Ogwumike who are also two of the best players in the NCAA. This should be a huge test for Wicijowski and Plouffe individually and if they can play well head-to-head against these two stars, Utah may have a shot at an upset.

9:05pm Weber State @ Montana State

10:00pm Loyola Marymount @ San Diego

10:00pm Saint Mary's @ Portland

10:00pm UC Irvine @ UC Santa Barbara
