The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Feb. 3

Today's Marquee Match Up has a pair of teams looking to get a tough win on the west coast.  Find out who else is playing tonight right here ...

Marquee Match Up

11:00pm Gonzaga @ Portland

Here are two teams that sit tied in conference standings and have fallen victim to a very, very competitive West Coast Conference.  Gonzaga and Portland both have 4-3 records and have lost games to teams that they should have beaten.  Gonzaga has fallen to Santa Clara, San Francisco as did Portland and now these two teams will duke it out tonight for the better record.  Rob Sacre has been the star of the Zags and is averaging 14 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in January and will be looking to help get his Bulldogs the win.  Meanwhile, Portland’s Nem Mitrovic ended 2010 on a hot streak and it continued until two weeks ago.  In the Pilots’ big win over a tough Saint Mary’s squad he had 13 points, his first double digit scoring game since Jan. 20.  Both teams will need to get big contributions from both these players if they want to win since they both play vital roles.  In Gonzaga’s case, if Sacre can’t hold down Portland’s big men in the post then it may be all Pilots tonight.

7:00pm Fairleigh Dickinson @ Wagner – In the last game Wagner played, Tyler Murray was again brilliant in defeat posting 20 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists playing every minute in the narrow 75-71 loss to Central Connecticut State.  That was the first game he’s scored over 13 points in the last four which bodes well for Murray.  The last time he scored that many points, he went for four straight 20 plus games in a row.  What will he do in this game?
