The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Feb. 10

Today, we've given you the choice of two Marquee Matchups from the west coast so you can pick one to roll with.  And as always, find out who else is playing tonight right here ...

Marquee Matchup(s)

10:00pm Portland @ Pepperdine

Portland is among the better teams on the west coast but they have stumbled in conference play.  They are currently sitting in the middle of the conference standings and playing the team sitting directly beneath them.  Nem Mitrovic has been averaging 16.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.3 steals in 30.7 minutes in the last three games.  Look for a big game from him in this one to help the Pilots climb the standings.

11:00pm Gonzaga @ Loyola Marymount

Gonzaga has been having one of those seasons.  Two great wins in conference and then a tough non conference loss at home.  In that loss to Memphis Rob Sacre, who has been the rock for the Zags, was neutralized and held to 9 points and 3 rebounds.  Though Loyola Marymount is no Memphis, Sacre will need a little more than that performance against the Tigers to help seal this win.  Kelly Olynyk came off the bench to score 10 points in 15 minutes showing how efficient he can be, though it seems to happen in spurts during losing causes.  LMU is sitting at the bottom of the conference standings but they are able to score so this could be a fun game to watch.

And here is where everyone else is playing …

7:00pm Maine @ Hartford

7:00pm Chattanooga @ Western CarolinaHarouna Mutombo has been having a tough season but he’s been playing well over the last three games.  Since being put back into the starting lineup, he’s averaged 12.7 points, 8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and a steal in 27 minutes.  He had a double-double in his last game, going for 12 and 12 in the win over UNC Greensboro five days ago, and he can do that again tonight.
