The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Dec. 9

On this light Friday of NC-Double-Eh action, we feature a player that has a had a bit of reduced role syndrome of late but could have a breakout tonight. Find out who else is playing where tonight right here ...

Marquee Match Up

Remember that you can find the full list of players playing in Division 1 right here.

8:00pm Iowa @ Iowa State

Melvin Ejim seems to still looking to find his place on a much revamped Iowa State team. Where there was opportunity last season for him, now there seems to be none. The additions of the four D1 transfers, particularly Royce White and Chris Allen, have changed the way the offense runs and that has left Ejim out in the cold so to speak. He’s still a great athlete and he can score the ball but with so little ball to pass around now, it now may be a wait your turn thing for him, even though he was among the best players on last season’s team. This game tonight will be a good look to see what role he may be playing as the year goes on. When he’s been given minutes, he’s come out playing well so let’s see how many minutes he plays in this game.

And here is where the rest of the men are playing tonight …

7:00pm Rider @ Florida

8:00pm Richmond @ Virginia CommonwealthFrancis-Cedric Martel is having a steady start to his senior season averaging career high in points (6.6), rebounds (4.4), assists (1.5), steals (1.1) and minutes played (26.8) thus far for Richmond.

10:00pm Idaho @ Oregon State

And here are where the women are playing tonight also …

3:00pm Alcorn State vs. Harvard

7:00pm Providence @ Massachusetts

7:00pm Manhattan @ New Hampshire

10:00pm Portland @ Washington – Cassandra Brown has been playing some solid minutes for Portland all season and is looking good since she was inserted into the starting lineup early in the season. She’s coming off an 11-point outing in a very efficient 18 minutes against Oregon five days ago so let’s see if she can build on that tonight.
