With the NCAA Tournament only a week away, the many conferences are wrapping up the season with tournament play for automatic bids. Tonight, the Atlantic 10 starts theirs and we feature St Bonaventure and Andrew Nicholson who take on Duquesne. Nicholson is a star on the rise and should be looking to come up huge here. 7:00pm Duquesne @ St Bonaventure – for Andrew Nicholson and the Bonnies, this first round game of the Atlantic 10 Tournament is a step in the right direction. They are an improved team over last season but the chances of them winning the tournament are pretty slim. This game will be a big one for them since they had beaten the Dukes convincingly about a week ago. If they can come one and win this game, I think it will give them a fighting shot at winning the next game. Nicholson, who was just named to the All Conference Second Team, averaged 21 points, five boards and two blocks last week including dropping 21 on Xavier. He’ll need to come up big for his team to be victorious.
