The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Nov. 20

Today we have a great marquee match up that included an AP Top 25 team later in the evening.  See who else is playing today right here ...

Marquee Match Up

7:00pm Lafayette @ Villanova

Today’s game that Lafayette will play against Villanova will likely end in a loss, probably a bad one.  I don’t if the Leopards even have a shot at winning.  The most important thing about this game is that Toronto’s Jared Mintz will be tested on both the defensive and offensive ends by some really good players.  Mintz will likely be facing up against Antonio Pena and Mouphtaou Yarou and they can both defend with the best of them.  On offense, Pena will be more mobile than Mintz and Yarou will be stronger.  Overall, this game will be a great gauge to see how far along Jared has come as a player.

1:00pm Siena @ Northeastern

1:00pm IPFW @ Cincinnati

2:00pm South Dakota @ Marquette

2:00pm Eastern Michigan @ Canisius

2:00pm Long Island @ Manhattan – Toronto’s Kyle Johnson had been steadily doing his thing in relative anonymity from the rest of the Canadian world.  Too bad for all of us.  IF you can catch this game I suggest you do.  Johnson is averaging 16 pts, 4.5 rebounds and 2 asts and a steal through his first two games.

3:00pm Harvard @ Mercer

4:00pm Army @ Arizona State

4:00pm Tennessee Tech @ East Tennessee

7:00pm Chattanooga @ Marshall

7:00pm Drexel @ Pennsylvania

7:00pm Presbyterian @ Eastern Kentucky

7:00pm Columbia @ Longwood

7:00pm Bucknell @ St. Francis (PA) – Pictou, NS’s Bryson Johnson is a great three point shooter.  Watch this game for a guy who can really light it up.

7:30pm New Mexico State @ Massachusetts – The Canadians on New Mexico State’s team are averaging 25.5 pts, 9 rbs, 12.5 asts and 3.7 stls through three games. Hernst Laroche is the leader of the team from the point spot and it will be interesting to see how he bounces back from tough game against Arizona two days ago.

8:00pm Wake Forest @ Elon

8:00pm Louisiana Tech @ Navy

8:00pm MacMurray College @ SIU-Edwardsville

10:00pm New Mexico @ California

10:00pm Cal Bakersfield @ Pepperdine – Toronto’s Alex Johnson will be facing a backcourt player in Keion Bell.  This will be a tough assignment for him since he’s a great offensive player and the offense will likely begin and end with him.  This will be a good match up to watch for sure.

10:05pm Portland @ Idaho

10:30pm Seattle @ UC Irvine

10:30pm Western Carolina @ UTEP – A big win over DePaul this week should have the Catamounts on a high right now.  Harouna Mutumbo looks like he’s returning to his old self leading the team in scoring through two games.  This will be a good game for them to pick a win as UTEP is a tough team with new coach Tim Floyd and rising star Randy Culpepper.
