NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Jan 30

This is another big game Saturday in the NCAA.  There are lots of Canadian boys taking to the court with some playing big minutes for big teams.  Find out who's playing where today right here ...

As always, please pay special attention to the highlighted games as we think they should be ones you should take a look at.  And as always, check the Can Ball Report's Twitter feed for any game links we can find for you.

Jan 30

12:00pm UMBC @ Maine

12:00pm Marquette @ (19) Connecticut

12:00pm Sacred Heart @ Wagner

1:00pm George Washington @ Rhode Island

1:00pm American University @ Lafayette – with Mintz’s Lafayette club leading in the Patriot League right now, this is a game they need to win against a team they should beat.  Expect Mintz to dominate this game.

1:00pm Buffalo @ Northern Illinois

1:00pm Fairleigh Dickinson @ Central Connecticut State

1:30pm Oklahoma @ Nebraska

2:00pm Saint Louis @ Richmond

2:00pm Albany @ Vermont – the Catamounts are still on a slid, now at three games.  MoJo has been battling a wrist injury the last two weeks but has still had good games despite the losses.  This is not the way Vermont wants to close out their great season so look for them to come out firing on all pistons.

2:00pm (4) Syracuse @ DePaul – the ‘Cuse have been rolling through the season like a bulldozer and over the last few games, Montreal’s Kris Joseph has been great off the bench averaging 12.5 pts and 4 boards.  Andy Rautins has been steady at the guard spot averaging 14 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 3 steals over the last five.

3:00pm Western Carolina @ Samford – Mutombo is due for a big game and this one could be it.

3:15pm Belmont @ Campbell

3:30pm Stetson @ Mercer

4:00pm New Orleans @ Western Kentucky

4:00pm Old Dominion @ Northeastern

4:00pm Hampton @ Delaware State

4:00pm Illinois-Chicago @ Detroit

5:00pm Northwestern State @ Central Arkansas

6:00pm USC @ Oregon

7:00pm Dartmouth @ Columbia

7:00pm Harvard @ Cornell

7:00pm Dayton @ St Bonaventure

7:00pm Central Michigan @ Bowling Green

7:00pm New Hampshire @ Binghamton

7:00pm Boston University @ Stony Brook

7:00pm Army @ Bucknell

7:00pm Citadel @ Davidson – Will Archambault has had a good stretch of late getting into double digit scoring six of the last seven games averaging about 14 points and 6 rebounds in that run.

7:00pm Long Island @ St Francis (PA)

8:00pm Sam Houston State @ Texas A&M-CC

8:05pm South Dakota State @ Oral Roberts

8:05pm UC Irvine @ Cal State Fullerton

8:30pm Eastern Kentucky @ Tennessee State – up until the last game, Papa Oppong was averaging 14 points, 3 boards, 2 assists and 2 steals.  Expect him to pick it up against middle of the pack conference rivals Tennessee State.

9:00pm Colorado @ Iowa State

9:00pm New Mexico State @ Louisiana Tech – Ashaolu has been a little inconsistent this season but he has shown that he can be a force but may still be hurting.  This could be a good game to see if he’s still recovering from his mid season injury.

9:30pm UMKC @ Southern Utah

9:30pm (8) Gonzaga @ San Francisco – this should be a good one to watch as Rob Sacre and Kelly Olynyk should be defending a great player in Dior Lowhorn at some point in the night, not to mention the other two forwards for the Dons who are rugged down low.

10:00pm Portland @ Santa Clara – Traz had a big showing against the Zags on Thursday demonstrating his long range shooting for Gonzaga.  Let’s see how he plays against a team that may be just as good as the Zags.

10:00pm Cal Bakersfield @ Cal Poly

10:00pm UC Santa Barbara @ Cal Northridge

10:05pm Portland State @ Eastern Washington

10:05pm Hawaii @ Nevada
