It's not going to be a busy off-season free agent wise for the Raps with few roster spots (look for more trades than signings) and not that much cash available ($6.7M over the cap). That being said Raptorshq will be looking at potential signees as the weeks progress. In the mean time here is a list of all FA's this off-season.
