Contrary to what was reported several weeks ago it seems like Brampton, ON's super freshman Tristan Thompson, the Can Ball Report's NC-Double-Eh Freshman of the Year, has made official what we may have always known in our hearts he'd do all along - that he will be entering this year's NBA Draft. As I had suspected ever since he had that incredible debut game against Louisiana Tech in November, it seemed a matter of time when he would come out and declare. Really, it was a shock that he didn't do it after the NCAA Tournament ended. His numbers, impact and potential all warrant at least a dip in the Draft waters don't they? No word on whether he's hired an agent yet though.
