Where do you see the Raptors ranked in the Eastern Conference ?

The Raptors have basically kept their core intact for another run. There have been many changes in the East that changes the landscape for the conference, notably the LeBron James return to Cleveland thing. Some other teams which we finished above last year have improved too, so that's something to consider. So, where do you see the Raptors ranked?

Top Tier:

Cleveland Cavaliers: Although Lebron stated in his letter that he does not expect the Cavaliers to win a title immediately, lets not be fooled. The Cavaliers immediately become one of the top teams in the East simply by adding the best player in the league. That is not even taking into the consideration that they may add Kevin Love, which would then make them the favourites.

Chicago Bulls: The Bulls gave the Raptors a run for their MONEY in the race for the 3rd seed last year and that was without Derrick Rose. Add a (presumably) healthy Rose and Pau Gasol, and ofc McDermott who has looked good in summer league and was always projected to be nba ready offensively to the mix. Snell looks ready to contribute as well. Some consider the Bulls the favourites in the East with the Heatles breaking up.

Indiana Pacers: Can you still put them here after their suckage to end the season and the loss of Stephenson? I will, but I am far from convinced in doing so.

Second Tier:

Miami Heat: Hey, they still got Chris Bosh and whats left of Dwayne Wade, with Luol Deng added.. Mcroberts is a good addition too, clearly won't be the same without the best player on the planet, but they're still a playoff team.

Toronto Raptors: As stated above, kept the core group intact. The improvement of Jonas and Ross would bring forth some internal growth, and replacing Salmons with Lou Williams doesn't hurt.

Washington WIZARDS: Dont understand why everyone expects them to be better to be honest with you. Paul Pierce does not replace what Trevor Ariza gave them. Unless Otto takes a step towards relevance in his second season, the Wizards take a step back.

Charlotte Hornets: They've done some good things. There is excitement around Charlotte not felt about their basketball team since the last time they were the Charlotte Hornets. The addition of Lance Stephenson elevates them considerably and forms a nice core with Jefferson, Kemba and now Vonleh.

Brooklyn Nets: I mean, they've still got a veteran team with some experience, right? Hopefully will have Brook Lopez for most of the season as well.

On the Cusp:

New York Knicks: They didnt lose Melo, so they're still a threat to slip through.

Anyways, where do u guys see the Raptors fitting in the East now?
