Derrick Rose is back.
Sort of.
Kind of.
Besides struggling a bit to start the season with the Chicago Bulls, Derrick Rose has also missed some time thanks to a minor hamstring injury so hasn't exactly been completely reborn, despite what Adidas had told us.
So that brings me to tonight's game against the Toronto Raptors.
As of about an hour before tip-off there was still no official word on his status. Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau told media Rose was a no-go, but Rose was still telling the same media that he'd play. However it sounds more and more from various tweets that Rose in fact won't play, representing a good opportunity for the Raps. The club is coming off a nice win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night and facing a Bulls club that still seems to be trying to get on the same page at both ends of the court.
Rose or no Rose.
GO RAPS!
