Moe Harkless of the St. John's Red Storm is one of the players Raptors' GM Bryan Colangelo will be taking a closer look at this week.

As our readers know, we're pretty avid NCAA fans to the point that many of our HQ team regularly heads to various games and tourneys during the season.

This morning one of our crew ran into Bryan Colangelo at Toronto's Pearson International Airport, as both of them are headed to this week's Big East Tournament in New York.

After some conversation around the upcoming tourney, and the various prospects, contained within, Colangelo noted he was taking a closer look at Jeremy Lamb, the 6-5 shooting guard for the UCONN Huskies. It's an intriguing tidbit considering we were recently having the exact conversation on the site, that if faced with drafting Lamb, what this meant for DeMar DeRozan's future.

Of course we're getting WAY ahead of ourselves here considering we're barely into March, but great again to Colangelo taking on such a prominent role in the draft.

Another player Colangelo mentioned in terms of "keeping an eye on?"

St. John's super-athletic swingman, and HQ favourite Moe Harkless.
