Around SBN: Indy 500: 'Greatest Spectacle In Racing' Set For Sunday

The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Feb. 8

Tonight we have some great games on tap including the Canadian St. Bonaventure trio of Andrew Nicholson, Matthew Wright and Chris Johnson as well as Kris Joseph leading Syracuse against my beloved Georgetown for the last time in Big East play and freshman Dylan Ennis looking to help Rice to win plus more all right here ...

Star-divide

Here is where the men are playing today ...

6:00pm George Washington @ Temple

7:00pm Georgetown @ Syracuse - This is the last time that Syracuse will face Georgetown in a Big East battle with the ‘Cuse moving conferences for next season so this will be a huge game for both teams. And with a game of this magnitude, you can expect that Kris Joseph will be looking to up his game a notch. In his tenure for the Orange, the series against the Hoyas is an even 3-3 and tonight is the only meeting that they will have before the conference tournament, if they even meet then. In his last five games, Joseph is averaging 13.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2 assists and you can bet with this being the last time he sees Georgetown that he'll be looking to make a grand finale to the rivalry in front of the home crowd in the Carrier Dome.

7:00pm Kansas @ Baylor

7:00pm Wagner @ Mount St. Mary's

7:00pm Drexel @ James Madison

7:00pm La Salle @ Richmond

7:00pm Marshall @ UCF

7:00pm Bucknell @Colgate

7:00pm Northeastern @ Georgia State

7:30pm St. Bonaventure @ Massachusetts - In St. Bonaventure's last game against Saint Louis exactly a week ago, Andrew Nicholson was limited to 10 foul plagued minutes in the 86-62 road loss and you can expect that he's looking to make amends for that outing tonight. Before that contest, Nicholson had scored in double figures in seven straight games and was averaging 17.9 points as well as 7.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.9 blocks. Now if he can stay out of foul trouble (he's fouled out of the last three games, FYI) the Bonnies have a shot at winning at Massachusetts. And if he can't well ... you know.

8:00pm Arkansas @ Georgia

8:00pm Indiana State @ Bradley

8:00pm Rice @ Houston - Despite Rice losing in a blowout to East Carolina last Saturday, freshman Dylan Ennis had a great night going for a career high 21 points on 7-pf-12 shooting, including 5-of-7 from the trey. He also dropped 5 rebounds and 4 assists along with a steal and a block to boot. Can this rookie continue that play into tonight's games against Houston? Both teams are in the middle of the Conference USA pack and you can bet that this will be a hotly contested game.

8:05pm Drake @Illinois State

8:30pm Saint Louis @ Saint Joseph's

9:00pm LIU Brooklyn @ St. Francis (NY)

And here is where the ladies will be playing today ...

5:00pm St. Bonaventure @ Massachusetts

7:00pm Duquesne @ Rhode Island

7:00pm Vermont @ Binghamton - With no timetable to the return of injured starters Lauren Wheeler and Lauren Buschmann as of yet, they both could return to the lineup tonight. And if they do, this could be a game that Vermont could win. If not well ...

7:00pm Colgate @ Bucknell

7:00pm Denver @ Florida Atlantic - Dual citizen Kaetlyn Murdoch has been the heart and soul of this Denver team and Florida Atlantic just behind the Pioneers in the standings by mere percentage points, I would look for her to lead them to a victory tonight.

7:00pm American @ Lehigh

8:00pm Texas Tech @ Oklahoma State

8:00pm Texas @ Kansas
