What is the value of DeRozean? Should the Raptors be concerned with signing him at this point?

In my opinion the Raptors need not concern themselves with Demar at this point. He has some skill at both ends of the floor. And at this point to sign him they would in a way be bidding against themselves. Demar might just be be a case of a player putting up numbers on a bad team. I believe with most other franchises in the NBA he would be a 6th to 8th man off the bench. Is there a market for him elsewhere? Toronto is probably willing to pay him as though he were the second best player on the team(NBA Standards) money. The starting range for this is probably 10 million a year. If at the end of the year he makes some improvements in the areas of his game that need it, then I think the contract talks can begin. It's to early to start working on a deal.
