Around SBN: Trent Richardson Interviews Fellow Brown Brandon Weeden

The NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Jan. 17

Tonight we have a few games right here that you check out that include Harouna Mutombo and Keaton Cole at Western Carolina, Kyle Wiltjer and Kentucky, Natalie Achonwa and the Lady Irish and Katherine Plouffe and Marquette for the nightcap ...

Star-divide

Remember that you can find the full list of players playing in Division 1 right here.

7:00pm Toccoa Falls @ Western Carolina - Western Carolina is riding a two game losing streak and have lost four to their last five but that isn't any fault of the team's do everything guard Harouna Mutombo. He's currently leading the Catamounts in both scoring and rebounding and has averaged 10.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2 steals over the last give contests. This should be a win for Western Carolina who are in need of one to get back on track. Teammate Keaton Cole has been held to single digits in the last two games so he is due for a breakout and it should be tonight.

8:00pm Texas Tech @ Oklahoma

8:00pm North Dakota State @ North Dakota

9:00pm Arkansas @ Kentucky - This could be a battle tonight. Kentucky is Kentucky and they are facing an Arkansas team that, despite losing star Marshawn Powell early in the season, are rolling along nicely. Marvell Waithe has been brilliant off the bench for the Razorbacks his season and has scored in double figures in three of his last five games. He's been a great presence on D for them and has provided a life in the loss of Powell when needed. His Canadian counterpart for the Wildcats Kyle Wiltjer on the other hand is also coming off the bench but only seems to play extended in blowouts.

And here is where the women are playing today ...

7:00pm Pittsburgh @ Notre Dame - On a team that has two potential All Americans and four potential All Big East Conference players, Natalie Achonwa is playing solid role off the bench for Notre Dame. I don't know how much she'll play tonight (she averages about 15 minutes a game) but you should take a look if you can since she's instant offence or defense depending on the situation.

8:00pm Colorado State @ Boise State

8:00pm Seattle @ Pacific

9:00pm Georgetown @ Marquette - Marquette's Katherine Plouffe has been nothing short of amazing for the Golden Eagles all season and the last three games were no exception. She averaged 18 pts, 9.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.7 steals in the team's three wins over Seton Hall, Villanova and St. John's. Tonight, against a Top 25 Georgetown, she'll need to be the catalyst for her team to have a fighting chance for the win.

9:05pm Walla Walla @ Utah Valley
