You covered so much stuff today!
Kevin Thomas and Braeden Anderson potential big 12 players? That league should have a Big 12 Canadian award. Have you heard anything about Tristan and whether he is going to the draft? I hope not, he needs another year (especially his foul shot).
Congrats to Holy Trinity and Loyola for representing Oakville at OFSSA. I might even take the day off and travel to London to catch some games.
Any word on whether Anthony Pate is staying for another year in Canada or is he going the Prep route? Either way Holy Trinity is setting up as a powerhouse in halton.
A thousand people in the gym for a high school game! Wow! Imagine if more guys stuck around?

Let’s start off like this …
Expect Thompson to stay. I had a conversation with someone about this last week and my thought is that first the impending lockout will scare him, and anyone else, into staying that is on the fence about leaving. My thought is that unless he had a definite assurance that he’s a lottery pick, he’s staying. He does need to work on his game a little more and a season as the man at Texas will be better than being a guy on any bench.
I would think that Pate is gone for sure. Not confirmed yet but if he’s following the trend, then he’s out.
And there are more Canadians getting post season awards I’m sure. Can’t wait for the announcements.
