Denver Might Filip Gallinari - Raptors Interested?

Sources: Nuggets target Nene extension

Denver may also be working on a plan to trade newly acquired forward Danilo Gallinari.

League sources told ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher that the Nuggets are not expected to keep Gallinari once the trade, which also involved the Minnesota Timberwolves, is completed.

ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard reported that the New Jersey Nets might be interested in acquiring the perimeter-shooting forward,but the market for Gallinari might also include the Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors.

===========================

This could be very interesting.

A fellow countrymen for Bargnani.   Now he will have another player to speak Italian with.

Don't have any thoughts on what Raptors and possible other Nuggets players could be involved in a Gallo trade but I can definitely seen BC making a run at Gallo

Raps - Wake Up

With all the improvements that the other Eastern Teams have made……the Raps will be in the cellar for years to come. Raps can never seem to add 2 proven ‘front line’ players…..always hoping some castoff bench player from another team will suddenly be a super star.

Raps: You have to spend some money…..get better talent. Not pick up 1 guy….you need 2 or 3 together.

The Raps team today is going down hill fast…..and what little talent they have will soon be asking for a trade or will not resign when their contracts end.

RAPS….WAKE UP!! Wake up before the franchise dies. Already attendance is dropping.

It’s called a rebuilding year and if you watch closely, there are a lot more positives lately. There will always be fair weather fans and people will always like them less when they lose.

But they have woken up and for the first time in a long time, they have swallowed the tough pill of rebuilding. We are closer to a championship run today then we were last year at the allstar break when we had a great record and the playoffs seemed certain. We have young and athletic players with heart and huge upside. That is much better than aging role players like Kapono and Hedo.
