Larry Brown for Raptors Head Coach. Join the Movement
Fellow Raptors fans,
Join my Crusade in bringing legitimacy to our suffering Toronto Raptors team who for close to twenty years has yet to be taken seriously. Let's bring that legitmacy by going Larry Brown to be the new coach for the Toronto Raptors. Larry Brown is a man that can make our team into a competitive and serious contender. Toronto would be the best place for him as well as it is a low key place with solid players with no big egos. To see more on why Larry brown and the Raptors would be a good match, see my latest posting on my site, JT's Hoopsblog. You can also support my cause by joing my Facebook Group:
Larry Brown for Head Coach of the Toronto Raptors Lets show the NBA that Toronto can be a force to be reckoned with. The same way the Blue Jays showed Major League baseball by winning two World series titles in a row.

Seriously....
Sure.. lets bring in the biggest ego-driven a-hole there is in a coach. Who has won it only once, and ruined almost all other franchises he has ever been on since philly. And yes I even included Detroit in that.

Because Larry Brown is a prime example of a coach who is stuck in the past (and his ego) and not recognizing that the game has changed. Case in point.. look at Charlotte now as to when he was their coach. Look at the improvements in most of their players since he has left.

In all seriousness, Larry Brown may be ego driven, but he is not a destroyer franchises. If anything, his teachings have actually stay with teams such as the case with the Detroit Pistons. The Pistons continued to win even without Brown. The went to the Eastern Conference Finals three years in a row. It was Joe Dumars who destroyed the Piston by firing Flip Saunders and trading away Chauncey Billups for a used up allen iverson.
New York was just a mess that no one could have fixed. It was run by a fool in Isiah Thomas, and there was just constant drama. Brown could have only done so much. In Toronto, Brown would have to be clashing with big egomaniac suparstars and GM. He will have the support of a GM in Bryan Coleangelo who basically wants a winning team. Brown will also have a ready and eager team looking for some sort of guidance. Toronto is the perfect place for him. So join me in my quest top bring a coach that will bring some credibility to this franchise.

no thanks to Larry Brown
unless you don’t want young guys playing. On the bright side we may have someone who would do something about the guys who aren’t putting in an effort.

New coach... yes.
LB no way! You want to pay his $5 mil a year contract demands? Or maybe it’ll be $8 mil.
I think the plan is to keep Triano for one more year and hopefully get some good picks in the draft. He will be gone either in the middle of next year, or at the end of it. Internally, i’d like to see PJ take over. The guy oozes b-ball IQ, and has the “Im a Head Coach” vibe about him.
This post is a lot like Blue Jay fan posts. Just stupid!
