Cadougan looks alot slimmer and looks to be alot quicker in that video, I would have liked to see him selected for the canadian developmental team, at one time cadougan and olu ashaolu were the biggest names coming out of canada, also re: Kris Joseph, the wierdest thing about it is the fact that you would have thought Leo Rautins and Joseph would have established some kind of relationship at syracuse considering andy’s involvement and I would have figured leo would have tried to establish something positive with Kris re: playing for canada…anyways just my thoughts, a few names that should have been at the canadian developmental camp for sure: andrew nicholson, olu ashaolu, jared mintz, harouna mutombo.
Always, great comment.
Cadougan does look like he slimmed down a little and as you can see he has got his step back. Back to the old Junior.
The situation with Leo and Kris is between them. Whatever the underlying reason, the bottom line is that Joseph is not playing on the Development Team and I don’t expect to see him at the Senior Camp now.
And for the other players for the Development Camp, I know that Olu was definitely not available since he’s staying on campus to finish up some class work. Nicholson is likely the same. Mutombo I’m not sure of but also likely on campus. As for Mintz, I think he was scheduled to play in the All Star Charity Shoot-Out today at York U in Toronto. I’m not sure if he would have made the team if he was at camp, but I think the other three could have. Brady Heslip made the team and I think that there are some other players that could have been invited that have a better body of work to date than him, but that’s just me.
