Not counting Steve Blake who split his time between Portland and the Clippers there was only one bench player in the top 14 WS besides Johnson that was on a sub .500 teams and that was K. Love.
Highly unlightly that Love will ever win much of anything in the NBA in terms of awards no matter how well he plays. He doesn’t fit the profile of the type of player that Stern likes to promote.
