The Miami Heat's biggest comeback of the season couldn't have come at a worse time for a Toronto Raptors team struggling to hang on to the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. For more on last night's collapse, check out Heat blogs Peninsula is Mightier and Hot Hot Hoops, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald, Raptors Republic, and the Zan Tabak Herald.
The Raptors fell apart late because they couldn't guard simple screen-and-roll basketball.
Toronto forward Chris Bosh warned teams not to expect a quick decision regarding his future when the July 1 free agency negotiation period opens.
ESPN's John Hollinger just realized that the Knicks could potentially knock Toronto out of the playoffs on the last day of the season... and grease the skids for Bosh to New York.
Sadly, Jay Triano does not read Caldeford. Otherwise, he'd probably realize that the Jose Calderon-Jarrett Jack backcourt pairing is a disaster. Although, you'd figure that he'd be able to pick up on that just by watching from the sidelines!
Does Hedo Turkoglu lack toughness? He certainly doesn't lack a taste for the nightlife in Toronto's trendy Yorkville district.

In order to fix this situation people are saying…“blow it all up!” Well BC already did that last year and besides we have some good peices. I’m a supporter of players like Amir, Wright, Jack, Weems, Demar. Turk is untradable at this point so I’m not sure what you do with him at this point. S&T Chris Bosh and include Turk in a package? For Pete’s sake I have no idea! Bargs is a good piece but not a Franchise player…I would not trade him due to his unique talents.
Why am I saying this? I don’t know, but I do know that I never use miss Raptor games back in the day, even when Mike James and Bonner use to be on the team. But this season I’ve missed at least 10 games…and counting. I will miss Chris Bosh and I hope he stays but am I being realistic? Probably not.
